The bachelor’s thesis is focused on evaluation of financial situation for choosen business corporation for last five years. In the thesis are used selected financial analysis methods. Results will be interpreted and compared with industry average or recommended value. The main part is to find the cause of the adverse condition and suggest solution for improve the situation. The bachelor’s thesis is based on financial statements (blance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow) provided by business corporation.

Using of Creative Accounting in Selected Company

This thesis deals with the creative accounting in the selected business corporation. First, the theoretical background is defined, followed by an analysis of the selected accounting cases for the year 2016, where creative accounting methods were used. All the creative accounting cases are then redesigned so that they do not include these practices. New earnings are therefore calculated as well as the new value added tax rate that the company should have properly deducted.

The topic of the diploma thesis is creative accounting used in accounting of a certain business corporation. First, main terminologies that are important for creative accounting are identified. Further, various practices of creative accounting of a business corporation dealing with construction works are identified. Correct re-accounting of all accounting transactions that are in contradiction with laws is proposed. The analytical part summarizes all and compiles account sheets corresponding with the authentic and honest portrayal of accounting entity.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the optimization of income tax of a chosen business corporation, specifically AGROCHEMA, cooperatives. The thesis is based on the effort to reduce the tax liability of the cooperative by the means of the valid legislation. The first part deals with the theory, which is used to elaborate other parts of the thesis. The second part presents the chosen company and calculates its current tax liability. The third part contains proposals of options for tax optimization and subsequent calculation of tax liability with suggested proposals.

Analysis of the process of division of a limited liability company

The bachelor's thesis deals with the process of splitting a limited liability company in relation to tax and accounting aspects. In particular, it deals with the division of a business corporation by the method of division by spin-off with the creation of a new company and division by spin-off by merger. In the first part of the thesis, the issue of establishing business companies and cooperatives with a focus on a capital company is described. In the second part of the work, the division of a specific limited company is affected in two different variants.

Optimisation of the Tax Burden on Related Entities with Different Legal Forms

The subject of the bachelor thesis "Optimization of the tax burden of interrelated entities with different legal forms" is the legal reduction of the tax liability of interrelated legal entities with a focus on corporate income tax. The first part of the thesis analyses the legal framework of corporate income tax and describes the characteristics of the legal forms of the entities. In the practical part of the thesis, real data of selected entities are analysed and evaluated with the subsequent development of a tax optimisation proposal leading to a reduction of tax liability. At the end of the thesis, a comparison of the original results and the optimized results is realized using actual tools.

The thesis is divided into an introduction, five parts defining the nature of a limited liability company and membership in it and analysing the right to information largo sensu in a limited liability company and a conclusion. In the first part, the author of the thesis focuses on placing the subject matter in the context of limited liability company law, so that the nature of membership in a limited liability company, as well as the nature of this form of commercial corporation as such, becomes clear for the purposes of the following sections. The second part deals with the genesis of the legal regulation of information law in the limited liability company in our territory. Furthermore, in this part of the thesis, the author's aim is to characterize the shareholder's right to information and to inspect the company's documents, mainly with the support of jurisprudential definitions. In the first part the thesis tries to explain what project management and the role of project manager is. It also describes the project management life cycle and the processes that should be set up and followed. It also describes the basic principles of project management. And its funding. The practical part describes the project management system in the organiza-tion. It acquaints business corporations with the style of project management, who participates in the project and, last but not least, how much the project costs.
